Every enterprise is racing to adopt AI. It writes code, makes decisions, handles customers — and increasingly, it takes action. Yet most organisations still rely on trust, prompts, or application permissions to decide whether those actions should happen at all.

Knowing what happened is not the same as deciding what should happen. Identity tells you who is calling; it cannot tell you whether this specific action, under current policy, should be allowed to execute.

GREENLIGHT is built on a simple principle we call SIFA — the separation of intelligence from final authority. Intelligence informs: signals, classifications, risk scores. Authority decides: the same inputs always give the same answer, the reason is stated in plain language, and the decision is recorded so that any later change to it shows.

History will remember not who built the smartest AI, but who made it trustworthy enough to act.
