About Crelis

Crelis is not another AI company

We don't build agents. We build the independent runtime authority that decides whether their consequential actions may execute. As agentic AI becomes capable of taking real actions, enterprises need authorization, escalation, auditability, and accountability — Crelis is that trust layer between AI systems and execution.

What we believe

The operating system of trusted AI execution

Three convictions shape everything we build.

01

AI will act, not just answer

The shift from chat to execution is already underway. The question is no longer capability — it’s control.

02

Trust is infrastructure

Governance can’t live in a PDF policy. It has to run in the execution path, per action, in real time.

03

Humans stay in the loop — by design

When policy calls for human approval, an authorized reviewer decides with full context, and that sign-off becomes part of the record. Human judgment is a designed seat in the authorization loop, not an afterthought.

From the founder

Why we're building Crelis

Every enterprise I speak to is racing to put AI agents to work — and every serious one asks the same question a few weeks in: who, actually, authorized that action? Not what the model said. What it did.

We started Crelis on a conviction: the final authority over a consequential action can never be the intelligence that proposed it. Authority has to be independent, deterministic, and provable — a control you can hand to your risk team, your auditor, and your regulator without asking them to trust a black box.

That is what we're building: runtime authorization for AI agents, as an independent authority layer. We're doing it openly, with design partners — in shadow mode first, then advisory, earning enforcement one decision at a time. If your organisation is putting agents into production, I would genuinely like to hear what worries you.

From the co-founder

Moving agentic AI from pilots to production

Enterprises are moving quickly from experimenting with AI to giving agents authority over real systems, customers and transactions. The barrier to adoption is no longer only what agents can do — it is whether business, risk, security and compliance leaders can trust how consequential actions are authorized.

I have spent more than two decades bringing enterprise technology into complex and regulated environments across APJ and beyond. The consistent lesson is that innovation scales only when buyers have clear controls, accountability and evidence — not simply confidence in the underlying technology.

That is why we are building Crelis with design partners, beginning with bounded, high-consequence workflows. Our objective is not to slow AI down. It is to give enterprises the confidence and control required to move agentic AI safely from experimentation into production.

“Enterprises do not need another promise that AI can act. They need proof that every consequential action was authorized. That is the bridge from experimentation to adoption.”

Building runtime authorization takes partners

We're working with early enterprise design partners. We also work with technology, consulting and implementation partners who bring runtime authorization to their clients — write to sales@crelis.ai.
